We have negotiated a workshop rate of $119/night. Once you indicate your arrival and departure dates in your registration form, the workshop coordinator will reserve a standard room for you at the hotel. If you have any special need for accommodation, please feel free to contact us.

The hotel is about 20-25 minutes to the workshop venue by walk. A shuttle bus will also be arrange in the morning and evening.

There are many other hotels in the Rice University/Texas Medical Center area so please also feel free to stay at any hotel of your choice.
